Thoughtful, comforting, miraculous. These aren't words typically used to describe skincare
products, but if you ask regular customers of Lindi Skin to describe the collection of creams,
lotions,gels, and balms, you'll hear all this and more. That's because Lindi Skin is not just
about cosmetics; it's also about cancer care. Launched in 2004 by entrepreneur Lindy Snider,
the small but steadily growing line was designed to help patients cope with the severe side
effects that cancer treatments can have on the skin- from radiation burns to excessive
dryness and itching. Snider sought the advice of doctors, patients, and expert in cancer
care, then formed a scientific advisory board of dermatologists and oncologists. With their
help she launched the brand, which now produces a collection of 14 products including bath soak,
facial wash, lip balm, body lotion, face serum, and skin coolers to soothe inflammation.
